Our guarantee includes replacement of your machine with the same or better model at no charge if it cannot be maintained to manufacturer's specifications within normal field service agreement.

This guarantee is unmatched in the industry.

In addition, if the customer wants to upgrade his equipment within the first 12 months, McCOPIER will refund the full purchase price towards acquisition of another equipment.
